Anderson Greenwood M4TVIS-4 is a three-valve differential pressure manifold designed for remote mounting applications with flanged instrument connections and 1/2" FNPT process connections. This high-performance manifold features 316 stainless steel construction (A479-316) with integral metal seats and PTFE packing for superior durability. Engineered for pressures up to 6000 psig (414 barg) at 200°F and maintaining 4000 psig capability at 500°F (276 barg at 260°C). The M4TVIS-4 features a precision-engineered 0.187-inch (4.8 mm) diameter orifice with a Cv value of 0.36. Key dimensions include 9.00 inches (229 mm) maximum open height and 3.34 inches (85 mm) width, with an approximate weight of 4.5 lb (2.0 kg). Advanced features include ENC plated roddable soft seats, back seat stem design to prevent blowout, rolled stem threads for enhanced durability, and constant compression metal-to-metal bonnet-to-body seal. Operating temperature range spans from -70°F (-57°C) to 1000°F (538°C). Includes standard 1/4" FNPT test ports and optional features such as AGCO Mount kit compatibility and oxygen service cleaning.
