Apollo Valves 72-108-27A

The Apollo® 72-100-A Series two-piece full-port carbon steel ball valves are heavy-duty threaded ball valves built for high-pressure isolation and flow control in oil and gas, chemical processing, refining, and steam service. Forged carbon steel body construction with zinc-phosphate corrosion protection, NPT female threaded ends, a full-port design for minimal pressure drop, and a blowout-proof stem with adjustable packing gland make the 72-100-A suited for severe duty where conventional cast valves fall short.

The series is MSS SP-110 compliant, is fire-safe by design (with the -24 suffix), and handles vacuum service to 29 inches Hg. A heavy-duty lever provides positive on-off control. For applications requiring stainless wetted parts, the 72-140 variation carries the same body with a 316 stainless steel ball and stem.
