The WIKA Model BDU Blender Discharge Pressure Sensor specializes in directly measuring high viscosity media. This media appears in oil and gas frac operations. The unit features a clog-resistant flush diaphragm design. It also has an NPT pressure port connection to eliminate zero shift during installation.
The Model BDU withstands harsh media. It uses Inconel X-625 wetted parts. It also provides enhanced shock and vibration resistance up to 100 G’s. Additionally, it operates within a wide temperature range and 5X proof pressure.
