The WIKA® 632.50 and 633.50 low pressure capsule pressure gauges are all-stainless steel gauges built for precise measurement of low-pressure gases and vacuum across 1 in.H₂O to 250 in.H₂O (2.5 mbar to 600 mbar). The capsule sensing element provides high resolution at very low pressures, and 316 stainless steel wetted parts with a finely polished nickel-silver pinion-and-shaft movement give repeatable accuracy under field service. The 632.50 ships as a dry gauge; the 633.50 carries the same internals with a filled case for vibration damping.

Typical applications include furnace and combustion-system pressure monitoring, filtration and dust-collection differential measurement, laboratory and process-vent monitoring, and natural-gas distribution.
