Titan YS 63-CS Y Strainer, Wye Type Carbon Steel Strainer, Butt Weld End, ASME Class 300
The Titan Flow Control Model YS63-CS is an epoxy painted ASME Class 300 carbon steel Wye Type Y Strainer with Schedule 40 butt weld ends. The Carbon Steel body performs exceptionally well in high temperatures and provides high resistance to multiple hazards. The YS63-CS has a large straining capacity, precision machined seats, self-cleaning capability, optional cover designs, and gauge taps available when required. Titan YS Model Y Strainers are installed on piping systems to protect pumps, meters, spray nozzles, compressors, turbines, and other expensive equipment.

- Large body, and sizeable straining element provide excellent open area ratios that are typically 2 1/2 times larger than corresponding pipeline
- Precision machined screen seats in both the body and the cap for accurate positioning
- Unit can be fitted with a blow-down valve which facilitates cleaning of the straining element
- Epoxy painted to resist rust and corrosion
