Titan YS 61-CS Y Strainer, Wye Type Carbon Steel Strainer, Flanged End, ASME Class 150
The Titan YS61-CS strainer excels in petrochemical and high-temperature applications up to 800°F. This ASME Class 150 strainer features durable ASTM A216 GR. WCB carbon steel construction, delivering reliable performance at 285 PSI WOG at 100°F.
Available in flanged sizes from ½” through 24″, the YS61-CS carries a carbon steel body and cover with flow coefficients (Cv) from 42 to 11,000. Gauge taps allow easy pressure monitoring, while the blow-off connection enables efficient screen cleaning without disassembly.

- Gauge taps furnished with a plug on both the inlet and outlet sides of sizes 2" - 24", which allow for easy installation of pressure gauges
- Large body, and sizeable straining element provide excellent open area ratios that are typically 2 1/2 times larger than corresponding pipeline
- Precision machined screen seats in both the body and the cap for accurate positioning
- Unit can be fitted with a blow-down valve which facilitates cleaning of the straining element
- Epoxy painted to resist rust and corrosion
- Optional design cover options including swing, clamp, and hinge type covers
- Carbon steel provides high resistance to shock, vibration, piping strains, and fire and freezing hazards
