Titan YS 55-EB Y Strainer, Wye Type Eco-Brass Strainer, Threaded End, ASME Class 125
The Titan Flow Control Model YS55-EB is an ASME 125 Eco-Brass Wye Type Y strainer with threaded ends. The Titan YS55-EB strainer is made of a high performance, lead-free, environmentally friendly brass material which provides excellent strength and corrosion resistance. It has a large straining capacity, precision machine seats, self-cleaning capability, threaded cap for easy cap removal. The Titan YS55-EB strainers are suitable for potable water and food contact applications. Titan YS Model Y Strainers are installed on piping systems to protect pumps, meters, spray nozzles, compressors, turbines, and other expensive equipment.

- Precision machined screen seats in both the body and the cap for accurate positioning
- Unit can be fitted with a blow-down valve which facilitates cleaning of the straining element
