Titan YS12-DI Y Strainer, Wye Type Ductile Iron Strainer, Threaded End, ASME Class 300
The Titan YS12-DI strainer protects valuable downstream equipment in demanding pipeline applications. This threaded wye strainer features ASTM A395 ductile iron construction, achieving an ASME Class 300 rating of 640 PSI WOG at 100°F.
Available in sizes from ¼” through 3″, the YS12-DI offers stainless steel straining element options, flow coefficients (Cv) from 2 to 160, and standard 20 mesh screens (51.8% open area) for liquid service.
The YS12-DI excels in protecting pumps, meters, spray nozzles, and turbines, and its self-cleaning blow-off connection reduces maintenance time.

- Enhanced design with an improved 45° 'Y' angle providing stronger casting which eliminates field problems
- Ductile iron material offers excellent long term abrasion and wear resistance, and is better suited for elevated temperatures per ASTM A395
- Precisioned machined screen seats in both the body and cap ensure accurate positioning of the screen
