Titan DS 696-SS Stainless Steel Duplex Basket Strainer, Quad Ball Type, 3-Piece Body, Flanged End, ASME Class 150
The Titan Flow Control Model DS696-SS is an ASME Class 150 cast iron quad ball type duplex basket strainer with a three-piece body, and flanged ends. This quad-ball diverter design has a four ball design that efficiently diverts the pipeline flow from one chamber to the other. This allows each chamber to to be isolated separately to be serviced. The Titan-FCI DS696-SS features a low torque, easy to operate handle that does not require a gearbox, and the handle position clearly indicates which basket is in service. It has reduced maintenance and no special tools are required to access and remove the straining element from the chamber.
