Titan CV 91-SS Stainless Steel Center Guided Wafer Type Silent Check Valve, ASME Class 150 /300
The Titan Flow Control Model CV91-SS is an ASME Class 150 / 300 center guided, wafer type, silent check valve with a stainless steel body. This model has straightening vanes that reduce turbulence in incoming flow, thus minimizing factors that could result in premature valve failure. The Titan FCI CV91-SS has minimal head loss due to a large cross-sectional area which exceeds that of the adjacent pipeline. Shut-off on the CV91-SS is achieved via the fully automatic, spring assisted disc that closes with nearly zero flow velocity. The lightweight, center guided disc design creates a positive shut-off prior to flow reversal which helps keep surges to a minimum.
