The Titan Flow Control Model CV46-CS is a carbon steel ASME Class 600, dual disc, wafer type swing check valve. The model CV46-CS has a low weight, and a short laying length which produces savings in initial cost, space requirements, and installation compared to full body swing check valves. The Titan-FCI CV46-CS is epoxy painted, and has a high quality, durable design intended for liquid service that has a steady non-pulsating flow with no abrasives or solids. This model has an innovative retainer design that eliminates potential leak paths to the environment, so there no fugitive emissions. The discs on this check valve are designed to avoid scrubbing the sealing surface, and are equipped with cast-in shock bumpers to reduce wear and tear on internal components.
