The Titan Flow Control Model CV44-CS is a carbon steel ASME Class 300, dual disc, wafer type swing check valve with a Viton seat. The model CV44-CS has a low weight, and a short laying length which produces savings in initial cost, space requirements, and installation compared to full body swing check valves. The Titan-FCI CV44-CS is epoxy painted, and has a high quality, durable design intended for liquid service that has a steady non-pulsating flow with no abrasives or solids. The resilient soft seats coupled with precision machined sealing surfaces help to ensure bubble-tight seal that meets or exceeds API 598 test requirements.
