Titan CV 42L-CS Carbon Steel Dual Disc Lug Type Check Valve, Choice of Seat Material, ASME Class 150
The Titan Flow Control Model CV42L-CS is an ASME Class 150 carbon steel, dual disc, lug style check valve with Viton seats. The model CV42L-CS has a low weight, and a short laying length which produces savings in initial cost, space requirements, and installation compared to full body swing check valves. The contour of the body provides a short, straight flow path that generates very little turbulence. The Titan-FCI CV42L-CS has an innovative retainer design that eliminates potential leak paths to the environment, so there no fugitive emissions. The discs on this check valve are designed to avoid scrubbing the sealing surface, and are equipped with cast-in shock bumpers to reduce wear and tear on internal components.
