Titan CV 41A-DI Ductile Iron Dual Disc Wafer Type Check Valve, NSF Coated, Choice of Seat and Disc Materials, ASME Class 150
The Titan Flow Control Model CV41A-DI is an NSF coated ductile iron, dual disc, wafer type check valve with available Buna-N, Viton, or EPDM seats. The CV41A-DI meets API 594 ASME Class 150 face-to-face dimensions allowing it to be a natural replacement for outdated cast iron check valves. Ductile iron offers more strength, and higher pressure and temperature ratings than cast iron. The Titan-FCI CV41A-DI features a quick closure reducing water hammer, and the split disc design creates a positive shut off prior to flow reversal helping to keep slamming to a minimum. The resilient soft seats ensure a bubble-tight seal that meets or exceeds API 598 test requirements.
