Titan BS 87F-CS Carbon Steel Simplex Basket Strainer, Raised Face Flanged End, ASME Class 150

The Titan Flow Control Model BS87F-CS is an ASME Class 150 epoxy painted carbon steel simplex basket strainer with raised face flanged ends. This model basket strainer has a double annulus design which provides a straighter flow path, and a 10% reduction in pressure loss compared to over-the-top basket strainers. The Titan-FCI BS87F-CS is designed with a machined, flat seat for the straining element which allows an o-ring to be installed creating a tight seal, and preventing debris from slipping passed the straining element. The BS87F-CS performs exceptionally well in high temperatures up to 800°F in continuous service. It provides high resistance to shock, vibration, piping strains, and in fire and freezing hazardous conditions.
