Rotork Type K FasTrak Series Retrofit Damper Drive
The Rotork Type K FasTRak Series is a pre-designed retrofit pneumatic damper drive engineered to replace common legacy damper actuators on boiler combustion air, flue gas, and ductwork applications. Built on the proven Type K vane-actuator platform and based on the established Series PM (Pedestal Mount) rotary damper drive, FasTRak provides a ready-made upgrade path for utilities and process plants that need to modernize aging damper drives without redesigning the host installation.
By dropping in to existing pedestal-mount footprints and linkage, FasTRak eliminates the need for custom retrofit engineering and shortens installation downtime. The result is improved boiler performance: precise damper control, increased boiler efficiency, lower fuel consumption, and reduced harmful emissions – all while replacing high-maintenance legacy hardware with Rotork’s enclosed, low-maintenance vane actuator design.
