The Rotork IQ3 Pro is the latest generation of Rotork’s flagship intelligent electric actuator family, combining robust multi-turn and part-turn electric valve actuation with smart control, monitoring, and asset-management capabilities for the most demanding industrial environments. Built on Rotork’s signature double-sealed enclosure (IP66/68 to 7 meters for 72 hours), the IQ3 Pro delivers continuous position tracking even without power, oil-bath lubrication for any-orientation mounting, and motor-independent handwheel operation that’s always available.

Commissioning is non-intrusive: configure the actuator via Bluetooth using the Rotork App at distances up to 100 meters, with rapid and secure setup possible even before electrical power is connected. Built-in data loggers continuously capture torque, temperature, vibration, and event data – exportable to Rotork Insight 2 software or Rotork’s cloud-based iAM intelligent asset management platform for trend analysis, predictive maintenance, and condition-based service decisions. Integrated Ethernet supports network connectivity for SCADA and DCS integration.
