Rotork CMA CML-1500 / CML-3000 High-Performance Linear Actuator

The Rotork CMA CML-1500 and CML-3000 are high-performance linear electric actuators engineered for advanced automation of large control valves with higher pressure ratings. Where the standard CML range covers small-to-mid-size control valve duty, the CML-1500/3000 platform delivers the substantial force, longer stroke, and enhanced reliability needed for large bore globe valves, choke valves, and high-pressure modulating service in oil and gas, refining, petrochemical, and power generation applications.

Performance specifications include up to 20 kN (4,500 lbf) seating thrust and 13.3 kN (3,000 lbf) modulating thrust over a 114.3 mm (4.5 inch) stroke length, with position accuracy up to 0.1% using a 4-20 mA signal. The fully enclosed ball-screw drivetrain delivers zero stick-slip operation throughout the modulating range, and omnidirectional mounting capability simplifies installation in space-constrained or unconventional valve orientations.
