Rotork CK Range Multi-Turn Electric Actuator

The Rotork CK Range is a family of intelligent multi-turn electric actuators designed for diverse actuation applications in non-hazardous locations. The modular design enables quick configuration for short lead times, while the watertight IP68 rating (8 meters for 96 hours) with double-sealing as standard provides exceptional environmental protection for general-purpose industrial valve service.

The CK Range is particularly well-suited to data center mechanical rooms, colocation facilities, and large commercial chilled-water plants – environments where electric (rather than pneumatic) actuation is preferred for reliability and acoustic profile, where hazardous-area certification is not required, and where the BMS or SCADA needs network-integrated valve feedback. Typical data center applications include chilled-water header isolation valves, cooling-tower bypass and makeup-water valves, and large butterfly valves on facility cooling loops.

CK actuators are offered with two control package options: Atronik for simple integrated starter solutions where the customer’s plant control system handles automation logic, and Centronik for advanced control and feedback with network communications, intelligent diagnostics, and enhanced monitoring.
