Rosemount R305 Two-Valve, Three-Valve, Five-Valve Coplanar Integral Instrument Manifolds

The Rosemount R305 Integral Instrument Manifold assemblies mount directly to the patented Rosemount Coplanar transmitter, eliminate the need for a flange, and provide a leak-checked pressure tested single point solution.

The Pressure-Lock Valve, exclusively featured on the Rosemount R305, offers simplified operation, enhanced reliability and increased operator safety. This lightweight premium manifold is available in 2-valve, 3-valve, and 5-valve configurations which allows for instrument isolation, and controlled venting to ensure measurement integrity. The coplanar platform reduces potential leak paths by 50 percent over conventional style process connections while also reducing overall connection system weight.
