The Pete’s Plug® #710XL brass PT test plug from Peterson Equipment Company has an extended length which allows for quick pressure or temperature test readings in insulated applications while the line is pressurized, and eliminates the need for costly pressure gauges or temperature indicators being permanently installed on the line. The Pete’s Plug #710XL pressure/temperature test plug model features 1/2″ NPT threads, 3″ length, a Nordel core, and an easily identifiable yellow Nordel strap that prevent the loss of the cap.
