The Pete’s Plug #100 is the industry standard for obtaining fast, accurate pressure and temperature readings without shutting down active systems. Featuring a rugged brass body, precision-engineered 1/4″ NPT threads, and a reliable Neoprene core, this compact 1-1/2″ PT test plug serves as a permanent, cost-effective alternative to installing dedicated gauge cocks and thermometer wells.

Taking a measurement is incredibly simple: a technician temporarily inserts a thermometer or a Pete’s Plug needle adapter directly through the two self-closing valves. Upon removing the probe, the core instantly seals the PT port, preventing any system leakage. A color-coded Neoprene retention strap ensures the protective cap is never lost during operation.
