Mac-Weld Paddle Flow Orifice Plates, and Paddle Restriction Orifice Plates

Mac-Weld Paddle Orifice Plates are manufactured to stringent requirements and only leave the plant once they have passed rigorous tests. Paddle orifice plates are available in both OFC flow type (a flow orifice plate with a beveled outlet edge) and ORC flow type (a restriction orifice plate with a square outlet edge). Mac-Weld ensures the highest quality from the selection of raw material to the bore gauge inspection prior to shipment. Individual plates are water cut to ensure that there is no heat distortion. The paddle orifice plates are surface finished to a less than 30 micro-inch tolerance using special finishing machines to preserve plate flatness. Identification of the plates is done by lightly stamping the material heat number, tag number, rating, and bore size.
