Jerguson 60 Series Liquid Level Valves, Union Bonnet Safety Ballcheck Valves
Jerguson No. 60 Series union bonnet safety ballcheck valves are designed and built to the highest standards. Quality features such as stainless steel stems, seats, and ballcheck, regrindable and renewable seats. A wide selection of optional features permit a high degree of customizing to meet very specific demands. The No. 60 series of liquid level valves consists of the No. 63 which has a straight pattern with female NPT gage connection, the No. 64 which has a straight pattern with union gage connection, the No. 66 which has an offset pattern with female NPT gage connection, and the No. 67 which has an offset pattern with union gage connection.
Features
- All No. 60 Series Valves are equipped with a stainless steel ballcheck upstream from the seat which instantly shuts off flow in case of gage glass breakage. The ball may be omitted on request.
- Nos. 64, and 67 have a union gage connection allowing connected gages to be turned to any angle, also making it possible to remove the gage without removing the valves
- Nos. 66, and 67 connections are offset 7/8″ from the centerline of vessel connections allowing the gage to be swabbed without removing
- The seat may be reground or renewed by removing the seat with a standard wrench
