Bifold FP10P Pneumatic Solenoid Valve

The Bifold FP10P is the high-pressure direct-acting pneumatic solenoid valve in the Bifold FP series, rated to a maximum operating pressure of 725 psi (50 bar) – the highest of any FP model. The FP10P delivers 0.4 to 1.2 Cv flow capacity across a range of 1/4 inch, 3/8 inch, and 1/2 inch NPT and BSP port connections in 2/2 and 3/2 valve configurations.

FP10P typical applications include high-pressure wellhead controls, hydraulic pilot lines, process choke valve actuation, gas compression and turbine controls, and pipeline ESD valve actuator pilot duty. The 725 psi pressure rating opens up service requirements that smaller-pressure solenoids cannot handle – particularly upstream oil and gas wellhead applications, hydraulic actuator pilots, and high-pressure HIPPS systems. Bifold (a Rotork brand) qualifies all FP series valves to SIL 3 per IEC 61508, with NACE MR-01-75 conformant materials and 316L stainless steel construction standard.
