7970 Hi-Lo Pressure Sensor Sets

- Self-contained, field mount assembly
- Typically installed directly on a flow line or process connection
- For control circuits that require a loss of instrument supply upon detection of monitored pressure decreasing below the PSL, low pressure setting, or increasng above the PSH, high pressure setting
- The pressure sensors are two position, three-way, automatic reset (spring return) with pressure balance spool and flow control valve
- Can be set to pressures between 10 and 10,000 psi
- 1⅛", ½", ¼" and ³/16;" piston arrangements included
5000 Pressure Sensor Assemblies

- A 7970P100 Pressure Sensor Set (PSHL) and an HLR 150-14 Manual Reset Relay which have been tubed up in a typical single well hook-up configuration
- Unit screws into an isolation valve or process connection, and hook up the Inlet and Outlet connections put the unit into service
- Unit can operate with a 125 psi supply pressure which alleviates the need for a low pressure regulator
- Reduces the time and materials needed to get a well online by elminating the need to purchase and install tubing, fittings, and gauges
350-10 Sand Probes

- The HLR 350-10 Sand Probe is a Single Pole Double Throw (SPDT), electric switch assembly
- Designed to operate in conjunction with shutdown controls and alarm circuits
- The use of SPDT electrical switch contacts allows the assembly to be wired for either a gain or loss of electrical output upon actuation
- Exhausting or removing the applied pressure at the base of the probe will allow the SPDT contacts to be automatically reset
- Switch is preset to 100 psi to compensate for thermal expansion
- Switch can be mounted directly on the sand probe element at the process connection or to a panel bulkhead
