The plant in Mt. Union, Pennsylvania is a full-service machining operation. The facility has large capacity dial index machines with state-of-the-art tooling and quick change-over capabilities. The forging facility is located directly adjacent to the machine, assembly, shipping and sales center. Having the two in such close proximity allows for shorter lead times, greater availability of consolidated shipments and cost savings.
The valves are available in two bonnet designs. Bolted bonnet, with male-female joint, spiral wound gasket, made in F316L/graphite; ring joint gasket are also available on request. Welded bonnet, with a threaded and seal welded joint; a full penetration strength welded joint is available on request.
